Brad Zerr is Director of Product Management at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ in Overland Park, Kansas, where he leads a team managing voice, mobility, connectivity, and call routing solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in telecom and UCaaS, he has built a career driving innovation, efficiency, and growth.
Brad previously held engineering roles at Sprint and Ericsson before joining ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ. Known as a collaborative leader, he promotes cross-functional alignment through structured playbooks, town halls, and performance assessments, while mentoring team members and guiding strategic initiatives.
He holds an MBA and a BA in Management and Human Resources from MidAmerica Nazarene University, graduating summa cum laude, and an AAS in Telecommunications Technology from Northwest Kansas Technical College. He is also certified in AI for Everyone, IBM Product Management, and multiple Cisco and BroadSoft technologies.
